How it Started
Hi, my name is Elizabeth I developed a gluten and dairy allergy when I was 15. I loved to bake and try new desserts. I was devastated when my body began rejecting my two favorite things, gluten and dairy. That marked the beginning of my journey to recreating my favorite baked goods and treats and explore new flavors to fit my dietary needs.
Our Philosophy
Wether you have a gluten allergy, dairy allergy, both or none, our goal is to make all our baked goods taste and feel as close to the real thing as can be. We occasionally offer vegan options as well so everyone can be included :)
How We Work
Each month or every other month we do what we call a "Baking Day" we post a menu and a date for delivery to the instagram. When the menu is available you can order via our email modernbakerytn@gmail.com, DM on instagram @modernbakerytn, or you can join our text list to receive the menu and order. Your order is placed, delivered on the set date and payment link sent.
